Prince Casino, step by step
Steps from claiming the spins to the last one
Read this the moment you have chosen an offer and are about to claim it.
Compare without and with a deposit
Compare the two routes first, because a deposit offer usually needs a minimum payment. Note the wager on winnings and the code of the row you want.
Your code inside the bonus area
Find the bonus area inside your account or enter the code at the cashier. Activating late is the usual reason an offer lapses.
Which payment method counts?
Prince Casino asks for at least the minimum of that row, and Skrill does not count towards a welcome or deposit offer. Paying less keeps the spins locked.
The right slot, the right stake
Spins stay tied to the named slot and run at a fixed value per spin. Opening any other game leaves them unused in your account.

Where do your spin winnings really end up?
Read this the moment the reels stop and you wonder what the figure on screen means.
Is my win cash yet?
Spinning Mustang Gold with PRIN25 pays £2.40 on average into bonus money, and that balance stays bonus until you clear the wagering.
Your first bet after the win
While the winnings are still bonus, no single bet above £4 is allowed on the PRIN25 route, and larger stakes can void the whole amount.
Work through the 10x
Expected winnings of about £2.40 must be wagered 10x, so roughly £24 of play clears them before any withdrawal request.
Your one claim per household
Households, devices and people each get a single spins-without-deposit offer, so a second PRIN25 claim on the same device is refused.
Prince Casino in figures
The real cash behind each spin
Flip spins into money by multiplying them by the spin value, taking the expected win at the slot RTP, then applying the wagering to that win. Figures below are estimates.
No-deposit spins
25 × £0.10 = £2.50 → about £2.40 (RTP 96%, average RTP) → £2.40 × 10x = £24.00 · cap £100
Joining bundle · Deposit 1
146 × £0.10 = £14.60 → about £14.02 (RTP 96%, average RTP) → £14.02 × 35x = £490.70
Weekend spins · Saturday
50 × £0.10 = £5.00 → about £4.80 (RTP 96%, average RTP) → £4.80 × 10x = £48.00
Find your spins
Prince Casino spins that never arrived
This settles the question of why spins are absent and what to do about it next.
Before the spins appear
Spins sit unclaimed until you open the bonus area of your account and accept them, so an untouched offer never reaches the slot.
Prince Casino blocks Skrill deposits
Prince Casino cannot credit a code claimed after paying in with Skrill, so the spins are withheld; use another method next time.
Confirm your country qualifies
Check the offer terms for the eligible countries, because a claim from outside them is cancelled and the spins will never arrive.
Prince Casino ties spins to one slot
Spins only attach to the slot named in the offer, so opening a different game shows an empty balance and hides them.
When the spins end and you want more
By the time a batch of spins finishes, nothing obliges you to buy more or to keep the reels turning. Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion sit in your account, and GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP offer free help. Players must be 18 or older.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can pay in over a day, a week or a month, and the cap holds until you change it.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses your account for the stretch you choose, so a bad evening cannot follow you into the next one.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account for a set term and blocks new ones, with GAMSTOP covering other licensed sites too.
By the last line you will know what each batch of spins is worth to you.
trustWhen can I take the 25 spins without deposit if I plan to deposit?+
Both routes can sit in one account, and the order matters little. Code PRIN25 runs for two days on Mustang Gold. The welcome batch of 146 spins arrives with your first deposit, so take the free batch first and your deposit second.
trustWhat happens when my Mustang Gold winnings pass the cap?+
Anything above £100 is removed before the money reaches your bonus balance. The cap protects both sides on a batch nobody paid for. Winnings under it move on as bonus money and clear at ten times.
trustWhat if I want to know who supervises this casino?+
The Malta Gaming Authority supervises Prince Casino Ltd. under license MGA/B2C/843/2006. That licence carries duties on how spins, winnings and player funds are handled. Questions about it go to live chat at any hour.
trustWhat if I only want the spins and not the bonus money?+
Tell support through live chat and the credit can be taken off the account. Spins already used are cancelled with their winnings. Nothing else on your account changes, and a later offer can still be claimed.
trustDo I need a high rank to reach 500 spins?+
Reaching 500 spins takes the top level of the Prince Casino loyalty ladder, where 500 arrives each month. Lower levels start at 10 spins and climb through 30, 75 and 150. Only that top band pays the full 500.
trustWhat if a friend joins through my link and deposits?+
Twenty-five spins at £0.10 land on Rocket Returns once your friend puts in at least £30. Up to five friends can count this way. Winnings clear at ten times within three days.
trustWhy do my spin winnings need to be played through before I see them?+
Until the wagering is met, spin winnings are bonus money rather than cash. Playing them through shows the win came from play, not only from a credited batch. Once cleared, they convert and can be withdrawn.
